Nowadays, the importance of being an entrepreneur has increased in terms of keeping up with the pace of the developing and changing world, innovative thinking, discovery and how to follow a process when making a career plan.
WEST Latvia Entrepreneurship Club has adopted the vision of "raising the entrepreneurial and innovative generation that not only Latvia but also the world needs".
WEST Latvia Entrepreneurship Club is an association whose mission is to organise activities related to entrepreneurship in Latvia in a period when entrepreneurship is rapidly developing and gaining importance.
Although our Entrepreneurship Club was officially established in 2022, it has a lot of past experience. Our studies carried out in the past years were carried out within the student community.
In order to ensure that these studies can be carried out on a large scale, it has been decided to become an association.
Each member of our association can transfer their personal specialities and experiences through mentorships that offer peer learning opportunities. Ideas are discussed, debated and set off on an entrepreneurial journey. After this journey, it moves forward to the future by inspiring different young people on different subjects.
Our association, which was established as a student community in the past and continued as such for a while, has many members from different countries and cultures. Our members generally consist of people from different fields and different professional groups. In addition to professional people, university students can also be members of our organisation. Our association, which prepares young people for time and life when they need it the most, supports young people to create their routes by bringing together young people with professionals. High school students can also take part in the work of our association both as volunteers and in order to carry out work by exchanging ideas.

To be a reputable and important association established within the country, contributing to the increase of entrepreneurship awareness in our country and worldwide.
Our club is an association that continues to increase the number of participants since all activities are based on volunteering and participation and young people are given the opportunity to create unlimitedly.
Our long-term goal is to increase the participation of young people in activities as a club, to prepare an environment where they can express themselves and produce in line with their interests, to increase their social skills and to become individuals who develop solutions to social problems.
Our club, which is the home of those who believe in breaking away from stereotypical career plans and fulfilling their dreams, has become an expertise club that instils entrepreneurship culture in young people, organises activities and projects according to the needs of the ecosystem, and participates in projects and competitions where strong collaborations are established.
With the activities organised by the community in the past years and planned to be organised during the year, our club aims to be the first centre to step into entrepreneurship and to provide unforgettable memories, friendships and experiences with the family atmosphere within the club.
